La journaliste du Staten Island, Amanda Steen est allé dans le centre d'entrainement et de réduction pour jeunes en difficultés à Island Marine Corps Boot Camp. Durant son reportage en immersion, elle a ainsi pu apprendre comment faire un lit au carré sous les ordres d'un marines peu commode mais très patient.
